- Manage activities related to the installation of new desktops, laptops and peripherals, operating systems and standard and enterprise applications, application of updates and security patches, replacement and disposal of obsolete equipment, monitoring of desktop usage, and response to user-reported incidents involving desktop systems ensuring conformance to agreed SLAs
- Monitor key performance indicators for desktop services and report on exceptions while initiating corrective action
- Support IT Security Camera and first level support or fixing Photocopy Machines
- Standardize desktop hardware, operating systems, antivirus protection and standard applications based on best practices and emerging technology to improve desktop support services
- Ensure software license control and deployment to prevent illegal/pirated software from being installed in Amret computers
- Drive and manage desktop service standardization and optimization and define related roadmaps for leveraging emerging technologies
- Develop, implement and document desktop services processes and procedures, and problem/incident escalation management, ensuring adherence to information security policies and ITIL/ITSM standards to offer proactive, secure and high quality customer service
- Lead the execution and status reporting of projects within the unit
- Prepare budget and procurement proposals, drive and manage proof-of-concept process and submit results to Deputy/Head of IT and other related stakeholders for validation.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related field
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in IT Support end users with 2 years experiences as Manager, IT Support
- Experienced in Windows Active Directory and Group Policies
- Experienced in workstation like Windows 7 and later version, Antivirus, Remote Management and Troubleshooting, asset management, and inventory and printing
- Knowledge in Camera Security, Photocopy, IT ticketing and request systems, ITIL/ITSM and best practices methodologies is preferable
- Good mobilized resource and centralized system and resource management
- Good management, leadership and motivation skills
- Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
